Members of the Board of Commissioners appointed by the company’s shareholders through the AGM. BOC amounted to three people.
BOC has duties and responsibilities as follows:
- Supervising and directing the Board of Directors in managing the company.
- Perform duties, powers and responsibilities in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association and decisions of the AGM as well as other laws and regulations.
In carrying out its duties, the Board of Commissioners is assisted by the Audit Committee who is directly responsible to the Board of Commissioners. The Board also had several meetings with the Board of Directors to examine the performance of the company and the company’s strategic plan in the face of changes and two meetings with the Board of Directors and management team unit hotel and a subsidiary in Indonesia to give inputs on effektifitas functions of supervision and support efforts -upaya that the Board of Directors to achieve its intended purpose.

Got a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California Los Angeles, USA in 1978. Got a Master of Business Administration degree from Northrop University, USA and Hotel Administration Diploma from Cornell University,Ithaca, USA. Currently serves as President Director of PT. Hotel Juwara Warga and previously served as President Director of the Company in 1996-2001. Appointed as President Commissioner of the Company since May 2007.

Got a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA in 1982. Currently serves as Vice President Director of PT. Istana Kuta Ratu Prestige. Appointed as Vice President Commissioner of the Company since October 2018
